Nazly is responsible for creating and updating the Majid Al Futtaim-Holding’s sustainability and ESG strategy and acts as the ambassador for ESG activities within and outside the Group. Nazly brings over fifteen years of experience in sustainable real estate and corporate sustainability. One of her top priorities is to drive a ‘Net positive’ sustainability strategy across the company’s different business units.

She has been recognized as a Top Talent across the Majid Al Futtaim due to her continued drive for sustainable business growth for three consecutive years. She led a committee that created Majid Al Futtaim’s first Diversity and Inclusion Policy and led the Group’s Taskforce. She also leads the Energy Transition Program for Majid Al Futtaim Group. Furthermore, she launched the Green Bond and Sustainability Linked Loan, creating a green framework and KPIs.
