Namitha is an environment and sustainability consultant at AECOM Middle East. She has always been passionate about preserving the environment, from leading environmental clubs to going on a plastic clean-up to Everest. She has worked with organizations like the UK Government BEIS, World Economic Forum Global Shapers Community, the United Nations SDSN, Global Green Growth Institute, Ministries of Climate Change & Environment in India and UAE, IRENA, Masdar, MIT, Oxford School of Climate Change to accelerate the cause of sustainable development, climate mitigation, and adaptation. She is also the youngest member of the global team at AECOM to launch and accelerate ESG adoption, net zero reporting, and achievement in the Middle East.

She is responsible for ESG-specific business development, financial performance, business operations, process management, client engagement and management, and learning and development for the MEA region, generating a net service revenue of ~USD 5M.
